Lutiana Barbosa
Lutiana Barbosa has been a federal public defender in Brazil since 2010. She is a Ph.D. candidate in international law at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, working on autonomous weapons systems and the international responsibility of states. She is a member of EDHIA, a research group on ethics, human rights and artificial intelligence at the National School of the Federal Public Defender's Office.
