All your donations areUS tax-deductible and go straight into a cash account managed by the New School, with no overhead assessed. The donations help to pay our hardworking editors, writers and other important contributors who make PassBlue’s journalism a resounding success as it moves into its seventh year of operations.
We suggest contributions of $100 or more to act like a paid subscription for the year: a great deal to help keep democracy alive. We also encourage you to make a tribute gift to honor a person who is important to you.
We make it easy for you to send your tax-deductible donation to PassBlue by one of two ways:
1. You can send a check or money order to our physical mailbox: P.O. Box 23166 Brooklyn, N.Y., 11202
Please be sure that the check or money order is made out to the “New School,”referenced to PassBlue. We make sure the donation is deposited in our account at the New School. All the money goes to pay only our own expenses, such as writers’ fees and other editorial costs.
2. Or you can donate directly through the dedicated page the New School has set up in our name. Although the page has the New School branding and is called the “Passblue Partnership Fund,” the donation goes directly into our account. You will receive an acknowledgment of your donation automatically from the New School, confirming the amount and thanking you for your contribution.
As always, we will thank you for your contribution personally by email as we want to stay in close touch with you.
If have any questions, please send them to email@example.com. All correspondence is kept confidential.
